In her workshops, Sarah encourages participants to … Start simple. Act Consistently. Stay Accountable.

And, most of all, Be kind to yourself.

Signature Topics

  • When we start the day well everything else just flows. Our energy is good. We are focused. We feel positive and ready to tackle life.

How do you feel each day? Energized? Rested? Or, are you frazzled? Scattered? Behind before you get started?

This interactive workshop is an opportunity to pause and reflect on your morning routine and get clear on what is and isn’t working. You will walk away having identified simple shifts so your day flows with ease. And, you will be equipped with tools to keep moving forward even when it feels like life wants to pull you backward.

  • How many times have you celebrated a birthday and wondered where time went? How many times have you felt frustrated that the things you want seem out of reach? Do you even know how you want to feel and what you want to be doing five, ten, heck, one year from now?

This interactive workshop will be an opportunity to look at the year ahead and identify one or two changes you’d like to make. Perhaps it is to establish a regular workout routine? Perhaps it is to read one book a month? Perhaps it is to connect with your children regularly in a meaningful way?

What needs to happen now so that in one year you aren’t wondering once again where time went?

To start, we will check-in with ourselves and get clear on how we want to feel and what we want to be doing 1 year from now. We will then identify a few simple shifts that done consistently will move us in the direction we want to go and talk through strategies to stay on track.

Expect to walk away having identified what change you seek over the next year and a game plan to make it happen.

  • The energy of the changing seasons is an opportunity to take stock of what is and isn’t working in our lives. How do our routines adapt? What needs to shift as the days get shorter or longer? Do you create a long list of goals for the coming season? Or, do you just cruise through and hope for the best?

This interactive workshop will be an opportunity to pause, reflect and take stock of the season just passed. We will then look forward and identify strategies to stay on track even when the inevitable chaos of life arises.

Come prepared to start getting clear on what is and isn’t working in your life and walk away with simple shifts you can make to keep moving forward even when it feels like life wants to pull you backwards.

  • “Sarah is wonderful! She was a part of our first MenoMorphosis Info Session event – a day dedicated to women interested in learning more about their health before, during, and after menopause. Sarah led the group in a self-reflective journey that brought attention to and validated our needs and goals, which are so often overlooked but are incredibly important at this phase of life. The breathing exercise at the beginning helped to ground my energy in the moment, the handouts highlighted ways that I can tangibly use habits to create my ideal day, and I’ve already implemented these and noticed positive changes. If you’re looking for support on your particular path in life, we know that Sarah can be that support for you!”

~ Dr. Jeanny Kim, N.D., Rosegold Health Inc.

  • “Sarah guided a group of women through a powerful exercise on refining our morning and evening routines. Sarah came well-prepared with worksheets that made the process clear and easy to follow. Her relatable approach, especially when addressing the everyday struggles of incorporating routines into our busy lives, made everything feel achievable. I appreciated how she broke each step into manageable, digestible chunks. By the end, I felt a real sense of accomplishment and was excited to implement my new routines. It was both practical and inspiring!”

    ~ Jessica, workshop participant

  • “Sarah is a thoughtful and smart leader who comes prepared to make her groups ponder important questions. By working through her exercises and prompts, participants are guided to look inward and identify how they can take control of their lives through small bite-size habits and routines. Great work Sarah! 👏”

~ Tracy Smith, Kitchen Table CEOs

  • Sarah did a wonderful job facilitating NISPA’s workshop on our evolving parent community and their engagement in events in our schools. Her thoughtful prompts lead to active discussions on best practices and new ideas on how to involve the school community and create welcoming events. Her energy is contagious!

    Kathy Vucic ~ NISPA President

  • “Everyone had really positive things to say about the session. The written exercise was a big hit, having something tangible to take home is always great, especially when there is wine involved!

It was a topic so many of us can relate to; I have some mental blocks that stop me from developing good habits so being able to get some perspective on how to shift my mindset was really great.  Also, the idea that habits don’t have to be good or bad, but just habits, I really liked.”

Leah Dunton ~ Keller Williams Advantage Realty

  • “The PD was great and well received. At this time of year, the faculty are tired. To spend valuable time helping them think about how they can not only take care of themselves over the summer, but also plan for how to continue that next year was greatly appreciated.

Your style is personable, approachable, humorous and engaging to listen to. I think everyone went away with a nugget and that is golden. Thank you.”

Celia Bland ~ The Country Day School

  • Sarah!!! You were great; both vulnerable and full of authority. Our writers LOVED you!
