Habits don't just stick because you want them to. It takes starting simple, being consistent and staying accountable.
One of the ways to stay accountable to yourself is by keeping track of your daily habits. This habit tracker is intended to be a tool to help you do what you set out to do.
When you download the tracker you will see that there is space to keep track of 3 habits for the month. This is intentional. If you try to do too many things at once you will ultimately scatter your attention.
To stay on track using your monthly habit tracker tool here's what I recommend:
Start with asking WHY
Why do you want to do the thing you want to do? For example, "I want to start the day with a clear head because I am tired of waking up and feeling scattered before the day even begins."
WHAT does this look like?
What does my day look like when I start with a clear head? Well, I wake before everyone else in the house. I stretch. I meditate. I drink a warm mug of tea while I write in my journal.

For each day, mark whether or not you did what you said you'd do.
